Ultimate Support Systems is currently seeking qualified applicants for the Full-Time position of:

Customer Service / Dealer Support

For over 40 years, Ultimate Support Systems has provided musicians with unique support solutions that are crafted with unparalleled quality, innovation, and customer service. We are determined to invent, design, and manufacture the smartest support solutions and accessories in the music industry.

The position will be responsible for various duties, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues for Dealers
  • Respond to inquiries about products and orders that come in from our Dealers, via phone and email
  • Warranty assessment and resolution
  • Order entry
  • Assist with answering incoming phone calls
  • Shipping quotes
  • Various reports (daily – annual)
  • Product Builds for major Dealers (product data is entered into respective vendor portals)
  • Special projects as needed

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communications skills (written/oral), strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. There is the potential for this position to include supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation is DOE, and benefits are available after a probationary period of 3 months.
