ULTIMATE SUPPORT UNVEILS NEW WEBSITE
FORT COLLINS, CO – September 22, 2005 – Continuing with the series of changes resulting from Ultimate Support’s rebranding strategy, the company is proud to announce the complete redesign of its website, UltimateSupport.com. Merging functionality with style, the site now effectively conveys the brand’s message of ‘Elevating Performances’ by offering several new and enhanced features.
Based on customer input, Ultimate Support identified several areas for improvement and developed the site based on four primary goals:
Brand unification.
The site integrates all of the company’s divisions (Music, Bike and OEM) into one cohesive platform to provide effortless site navigation.
Product information.
UltimateSupport.com provides visitors with content-rich pages that detail the specifications and available accessories of each product. Visitors will also be able to view product images, reviews and photos of the actual product in-use by several of today’s leading artists.
Customer connectivity.
Visitors to the site are able to register to receive e-mail notifications on the latest events and products at Ultimate Support; in addition, customers can quickly register their warranty information. Offering such modes of communication promotes Ultimate Support’s customer service to an even higher level of excellence that is unparalleled by anyone else in the industry.
Support musicians.
UltimateSupport.com will also feature a section completely devoted to its Artist Relations Program. The program, established to support musicians of all levels and to solicit product input and feedback, has grown to include bands such as The Killers, Tim McGraw, Snoop Dogg, G.Love, MercyMe, and Buddy Guy as well as House of Blues and Hard Rock Live. The ARP section will feature artist news and will provide information on joining the program. “In an effort to create symmetry throughout all of the company’s communications, the website is the latest element to be addressed,” said Mark Ostendorf, Vice President of Marketing and Sales. “UltimateSupport.com received an updated look and feel to match the unique design, quality and performance of our products.”
