Loveland, CO, January 20, 2011 - Ultimate Support, the world's leading innovator of unique stands and accessories for the music industry, is pleased to announce that the winner of the Ultimate Smart Car Giveaway is Dan Falcone.
Ultimate Support kicked off the Ultimate Smart Car Giveaway at the 2010 NAMM Show in Anaheim, California, January 2010. The Ultimate Smart Car was on display at the NAMM Show and appeared to be floating in the air in at the Ultimate Support booth, but was actually being held up by four Ultimate Support TS-80 speaker stands! Proving just how strong and sturdy Ultimate Support stands can be, Ultimate Support engineers took four TS-80 speaker stands from their warehouse in Loveland, Colorado and modified them by making them short enough to fit under the Ultimate Smart Car (they were otherwise unmodified). They held up the Ultimate Smart Car for the entirety of the show without showing any signs of failure!
"Of the nearly 12,000 entries, I'm excited to announce Las Vegas-based Dan Falcone as the winner of the contest. When I called to notify him, I learned that he's a professional trumpet player. In lieu of the Ultimate Smart Car, Mr. Falcone chose a cash prize," said Ultimate Support CEO, Mike Belitz. "We will feature Dan on our website in February."
