  • Brooks & Dunn


    Brooks & Dunn is an American country music duo consisting of vocalists Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn. Both Brooks and Dunn had worked as singer-songwriters before the duo's formation, charting singles of their own in the late 1980s. The duo is the most successful from any genre, having sold more albums than all others.

    Dwain Rowe, Music Director and keyboardist for Brooks & Dunn has been using an APEX AX-90 on tour lately to support his keyboard. He also has an IQ-3000 in his studio back in Nashville.

    Weird Al is a fantastically talented musician. Wikipedia has this to say about Al: “Since his first-aired song parody in 1979, he has sold more than 12 million albums—more than any other comedy act in history—recorded more than 150 parody and original songs, and has performed more than 1,000 live shows.”

    Ultimate Support was fortunate enough to catch the most recent Weird Al Yankovic tour as it came through Denver, Colorado this past July. Weird Al’s band uses Ultimate Support stands. His keyboardist, Ruben Valtierra uses a blue AX-90 and an IQ-2000 while Steve Jay (bass) and Jim West (guitar) use GS-100 guitar stands. Check out pictures at our Facebook Page:
