Ultimate Support Expands Management Team to Include Industry Pros from Fender, Case Logic & Seymour Duncan.

November 13, 2007, Loveland, CO - Ultimate Support, the world’s leading innovator of unique music accessories, is pleased to announce the addition of key players to its new managerial team: Jeff Moore as Vice President of Sales, Chris Zerbe as Director of Sales & Marketing, and Robin Slaton as Director of Design/Director of Marketing. Collectively, the trio brings a wealth of experience and expertise from MI, Pro Audio and consumer soft-case goods industries.

As VP of Sales, Jeff Moore will manage Ultimate Support’s three sales markets—U.S., International and OEM—as well as overseeing Customer Support. During his nine-year tenure at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, Moore fulfilled the positions of VP of National Sales, VP of FMI Wholesale, VP of Inside Sales and Customer Support, as well as Director of Sales & Marketing for Fender’s accessories division. Prior to Fender, he spent four years as a District Sales Manager in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with Kaman Music and ten years of retail sales management within the consumer electronic and MI industries.

“My goal, working with current domestic and international sales teams and distributors, is to implement programs and strategies to effectively increase our presence with MI, contractor, Pro-AV and OEM customers,” says Moore. “Ultimate Support is a brand with a rich history and I am honored to be a part of this great company. In his role as Director of Sales & Marketing, Chris Zerbe’s responsibilities include the design, implementation, and management of company sales and rep training programs. Additionally, he will manage company media marketing programs through web-based promotions and print advertising, interface with national and independent dealers on new product marketing efforts. Previously, Zerbe served as Western Regional Sales Manager with Line 6, National Sales Manager with Event Electronics, and as International Sales Manager with Seymour Duncan. "Looking forward,” says Zerbe, “we're coming on strong with innovative technologies that we believe will push the envelope of what is currently available on the MI market, plus deliver products which address a multitude of consumer needs."

In July 2007, Ultimate Support welcomed back Robin Slaton as Director of Design/Director of Marketing. During his original tenure, Slaton designed Ultimate Support’s most popular products including TS-90 TeleLock Speaker Stands, TS-80 Speaker Stands, Genesis Guitar Stands, IQ X-Stands and Colorado Custom Microphone Stands. In his absence from Ultimate, Slaton served as Senior Industrial Design Engineer Manager for Case Logic, as CEO of Phantom Designs, and over the course of his 20+ year career, has designed products for prominent corporations including HP, Toshiba, Sony, Hummer, Canon, Apple, Microsoft, SanDisk, Roland, Creative Labs and T-Mobile. “I am energized by the opportunity to return to Ultimate Support,” says Slaton. “The market is passionate about our premium brand and we will quickly produce the intelligent, dependable and fashionable products they anticipate.”
